Recrumio is a small, independent product. Here's how we handle your data.
Your candidates stay with you
Your candidate list, CRM, and drafts live in your browser, not on our servers. We never store resumes.
Payments
Billing runs through Stripe. Recrumio never sees or stores your card number.
Accounts
Sign-in is handled by Supabase. Passwords are hashed, and sessions use secure tokens that expire.
Data in transit
Every request between the extension and our server uses HTTPS.
Minimal access
The extension reads a page only when you click "Read this page." It has no access to your Gmail. It only opens a compose window, and you choose whether to send.
AI processing
Scoring, drafting, and contact search use Google's Gemini API. We send only what each feature needs.
What we don't have yet
We don't hold certifications like SOC 2. If your agency needs a security review, email us and we'll answer your questions directly.
