What counts as a lookup?
A lookup is used when Recrumio searches the web for a hiring contact. If someone already looked up the same company recently, or you type the contact in yourself, it's free.
What if a lookup finds no one?
You're not charged. Lookups only count when Recrumio gives you someone to email.
Can I switch or cancel plans?
Yes. Change or cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing. Lookups reset on the 1st of each month.
Does it send emails for me?
No. Recrumio opens Gmail with the email filled in, and you hit send. It never touches your inbox.
Where is my candidate data stored?
Your candidate list and CRM are saved in your browser. Resumes are sent to our server only to score and draft, and aren't stored there.
Which job sites does it work on?
LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and most careers pages.
