Customer Agreement

This agreement covers paid Recrumio plans. It adds to the Terms of Service.

1. Plans

• Free: $0, 15 contact lookups a month.

• Starter: $19/month, 150 contact lookups a month.

• Pro: $49/month, 500 contact lookups a month.

Scoring, drafting, and the CRM are included on every plan.

2. What counts as a lookup
A lookup is used when Recrumio searches the web for a contact and returns at least one person. Cached companies, contacts built from a saved email format, and contacts you type in yourself are free. Searches that fail or find no one aren't charged.

3. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically. Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes, if any apply.

4. Changing plans
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime in Settings → Manage billing. Upgrades take effect right away. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds
[Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.] If something went wrong, email us and we'll look at it case by case.

6. Unused lookups
Lookups reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused lookups don't carry over.

7. Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it still can't be collected, your account moves to the Free plan.

8. Price changes
If we change prices, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next billing period.

9. Fair use
Plans are for one person's use. Sharing an account or automating lookups may lead to suspension.
